Today I got the opportunity to carry out a lesson with the students. It was about mother's day topic as mother's day falls on this Sunday. Instead of just sharing information or discussion about how mother's day, I researched video about the animals with their babies for the students. After watching it, we had a discussion about how different kinds of animals loves their babies. The next video was about a mother taking care of her three children from babies to adulthood. Then, we had a sharing session about that. The students was able to to link the scene to their life. We had discussion about how to show care to parents, and even the reason why we should protect some animals from not using real leathers or coats from them.
On the other hand, I had a lesson about 'time' with the children. Since it was just an introduction, I used song and action movie from youtube to attract them to sing along. The students responded well.
